Delivery Policy:
Order Processing:
- Bundles, tapes extensions, frontal/closures orders are processed within 3 business days from the date of purchase. Wigs are processed within 7 working days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Methods:
- We offer a variety of shipping options at checkout, including standard and express shipping.
- The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination.
UK Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: up to 7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number.
Worldwide Shipping:
- We currently ship worldwide. For international orders, please note that customs and import duties may apply, and customers are responsible for any associated fees.

Returns and Exchanges:
There offer 14 days return for unused goods and must be in its original state when returning.
14-Day Return Policy On Other items:
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order if it is unused and it is in it original state it was sent for a full refund or exchange.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at maisrawhair@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached otherwise return will not be accepted.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process via email maisrawhair@gmail.com.
- Package the items securely, including a copy of your original invoice.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange & if there is any issue, we will contact you.
Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned items.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the new item you would like when initiating the return.
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide photos of the damaged or defective item for prompt assistance.
